No, all of our products can be purchased over the counter without a prescription.

Can I use Vita products alongside other medications?
Always check with your vet regarding specific medications. Vita products are natural and can be used in conjunction with most prescription-only medicines. The Vita products have been developed for common conditions, many of which benefit from a multimodal approach.

Can I use Vita products alongside other supplements?
All Vita supplements are safe to be taken alongside each other. Always carefully check the ingredients of other supplements that are not part of the Vita range when using alongside Vita products.

How do I become a Vita2U member?
When purchasing a Vita product, at checkout sign up to receive your products on a subscription basis as a Vita2U member.

How often do I get a delivery through Vita2U?
Products are delivered monthly, with free delivery. If you don’t need a delivery one month, simply press pause to skip the month. You will be emailed each month to let you know your delivery is due, and to give you the option to skip the month. 

Is there a penalty or fine for cancelling my Vita2U membership?
No, you can cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@vitaanimalhealth.com

How is payment taken and when?
Upon setting up a Vita2U membership we will take your bank details from you, then you will automatically be charged when your next delivery is due, the following month.

Is Omnimatrix safe for all species?
Omnimatrix can be safely used in dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, rabbits and other ‘small furries’

When should I use Omnimatrix?
Omnimatrix can be used in all stages of skin healing. It can also be used as a barrier cream on areas of skin that are commonly aggravated.

Do I need to use a bandage with Omnimatrix?
Omnimatrix can be used with or without a bandage.

Does Omnimatrix cause staining?
No, Omnimatrix will not stain fur, clothing or furniture.
